WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON: when i read my flash drive the Desktop freezes. That's from the 1980's????

so anytime i read my USB drive the desktop freezes. i have 4 fucking CPU.

that's been a stated issue that is resolved in other OS's since before Microsoft had Windows front end
