grab some rope, 10-15', and a cinder block and a duffle bag
tie one of rope to the cinder block. put the cinder block into the bag with the rope. leave one end untied.
head down to Chain bridge. there is a little parking area on the VA side

leave your keys in the car, so the mexicans fishing at the bridge can steal it later.
grab the duffle bag and walk until you are standing over the middle of the flowing water. Its about 80' deep here. take the loose end of the rope and tie it around one of your feet. kind of bend down to make it look like you are tying your shoe in case anyone walks by.
when you are ready, grab the bag and take a dive off the bridge. Once you hit the water, let go of the bag. down you go....
its quick and will be painless, and no messy clean up. and there is no way you can back out once you jump. remember. Gravity....its the law...
