If I capture illegals and turn them in to ICE, do I get a reward?

Thinking about putting my commercial van to good use, and capture some illegals. If I take them to a near by processing center, will I get a bounty?

No--You will be jailed for kidnapping, holding them for ransom, and a whole bunch of other trumped up charges.

They will be given a living stipend, a house paid for by the USG, food paid for by snap, food stamps, welfare, etc. and will be automatically given citizenship.
