In fairness to Inkahootz:
http://leg1.state.va.us/000/src.htm
type in "carnal knowledge" and all the code sections defining carnal knowledge show 'For the purposes of this section, (i) a child under the age of thirteen years shall not be considered a consenting child and (ii) "carnal knowledge" includes the acts of sexual intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, anilingus, anal intercourse, and animate and inanimate object sexual penetration'
Opposed to "statutory rape" that shows no results in the code of virginia and is more of a "lawyer speak" than an actual law.
...Which I believe is an argument FOR Inky as he argues that "carnal knowledge" is any sexual act outside of marriage (although the specific code sections located do not refer to marriage specifically). I think general sexual activity outside of marriage would fall under Lewd and Lascivious Acts (and regardless of marriage, most actions fall under sodomy in VA)
But I could be wrong...lord knows no one would want to actually SIDE with Inky ;)
