Fairfax Underground
Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
Out of respect for the plaintiffs, I won't go into full detail as to Mr. Misery's personal appearance. I will say though that his appearance matches perfectly to what you would expect from his posts.
It occurs to me that any attempt to use the court dates as an opportunity to get a picture, and post it under the eesh name or anonymously, could be construed as a form of harassment and/or intimidation.
Probably not something someone representing themselves would be advised to do given the nature of some of the allegations.
Well, again out of respect for the plaintiffs and their privacy, I won't go into a lot of detail. However, if you are familiar with the clown from Spawn, it's more along those lines.

As far as taking a picture, cameras/cell phone pics aren't allowed around or in the courthouse. There's actually warning signs posted around the courthouse that state taking pictures or video is a contempt of court charge.

If you had a real lawyer, he or she would suggest you keep all these things to yourself for your own good.

reality is eesh has no idea what he looks like and has never met him
He's sweaty, and talks with a lisps, pronounces his "S" like watery C, he is balding and does a heavy comb over like Zero Mostel. He wear polyester suits with brown penny loafers that he puts nickels in. He has tape between his horn rim glasses, wears an old fashion hearing aid and keeps his pens in a plastic pen pouch that says: " Pancho Rodriques and Sons Towing." He wears a truckers ball cap that says "John Deere" on it

That glasses pic isn't moreno. The first letter of the blacked out part appears to be an a for april. I don't know which he got his pic took. But that letter isn't a F or M.
I saw a bunch of different william moreno mugs online. Looks like someone interested enough needs to pay for a search or go to Loudoun and use the FOIA to see the pic and copy it. I'm curious, but not that much. I just want to know if he can pass as normal, or if he looks like a person that would post baby fucking posts
Well, Michael likes to travel. So maybe he can go to Loudoun for a pic. But he might only be able to access it during the day, and it appears that he prefers nighttime adventures
Not everyone who gets arrested has a mugshot taken.
If the individual is taken before the magistrate and released on their own recognizance, no. If they are actually booked into the jail, yes.
