FAIRFAX COUNTY / VA / USA ARE OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE BY PROSECUTING MINOR TORTS WITHOUT DEFENSE WHILE SKIPPING COURT WHEN COUNTER CHARGED WITH IMPOROPER ACTS AGAINST A PERSON SPECIFICALLY AND OR AGAINT THE PUBLIC (IE, THEFT)
IT'S CALLED UN-EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE , OR JUST "DEMOCRAT SACKS OF SHIT"
blocking a sidewalk. maybe continually done after warning could get reaction - not necessarily ever ammounting to criminal reaction though - since it is not crimea and hardly and inconvenience.
Fractionem diei non recipit lex - The law does not regard a fraction of a day.
threatening words by law, if you read the law, means "a beleivable threat"
