This stuff has become a common ingredient in most snack bars including Nature Valley brand. It's added as a fiber and man does it work. One Granola Bar and I crap 6 times a day. Anyone who needs a good cleanout just look for this ingredient -but stock up on Wet Wipes cuz your gonna need a lot. You'll crap stuff out you didn't know you ate!
