No, sexual harrassment would not be a problem for most self emplyed people because
1) Discrimination laws would not appy to their company since you have to have XX number of employees and/or do $XX or more in business. Most self employed would not fall under this category
2) Even if you did harass yourself in a sexual way, the law is very clear - you cant sue yourself.
3) Also, if the feds were to get involved in the investigation, they would find one person who made the grievance, one person who did the wrong, and one witness - all the same person. Each party would have a conflict of interest and ulterior motive. And since you have the right to refuse to testify against yourself (and in this case before yourself), the investigation would go nowhere
4) If the wronged party hired a lawyer, and the wrongee party (for lack of a better term each hired a lawyer.....
5) it is interesting though - could one alias of Alias sue one of his other alias's (aliai?)?
