Most of the comments in this forum don't seem to be very helpful or even on line with this guys question; It's sad that people don't use this tool for it's intended use. I don't think drinking and driving is a good idea for anyone at anytime but people do make mistakes and deserve good legal representation, that is our constitutional right as Americans. I say that assuming that everyone commenting here are Americans.
That said I've used Ken Fitzgerald before; not for a DUI, but for a Reckless Driving a First Class Misdemeanor in Virginia meaning if convicted I would have had a permanent criminal record! He couldn't "get me out of it" but he was able to get the charge reduced to failure to obey a highway sign, preserving my name from being tainted for the rest of my life! He was very effective and professional and charged me a fair amount to do the case, I would recommend him if your in the market for a lawyer and don't want to use your 401K to pay him.
