B'gard and 236 - it's the Bodega nestled between Korea town and a burgeoning subrban ghetto.
If you buy a pie at Valentino's, pack your piece for a (hopefully) un-eventful exit from the war zone.

How in the world are people from New Jersey allowed to stay? They are quite clearly the worst kind of people in the country. Awful. Just awful.
Esposito's Pizza & Pasta in Fairfax is all you need to know about Pizza and Italian fare in general. Not the best nor brightest of dining atmospheres, yet the reasonably-priced impeccable dishes more than compensate.
(emphasis on pizza, naturally)
Try Pizzeria Orso in Falls Church. Voted "Best Upscale Pizza of Washington" by Washingtonian Magazine. It's a little pricy, but they use only the gourmet ingredients. Very tasty.
upvote on Orso! The pizza's are outstanding--you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients, the staff is usually super nice, and the bar area is good too-reasonable sports on the tv, competent coctails and good beer selection
I so wanted this place to be good as I live close by. It has disappointed the three times I have been. If you want a good pie in Falls Church go to Pie Tanza. Orso just isn't good.
Luciano's in oakton. Rt. 123 and hunter mill rd in hunter mill shopping center. BEST NY style pizza in NOVA. will not find better. Don't go to the other luciano's locations. they have been franchised out and are not as good.
if yr near Fair Oaks, you got two. Luciano's in the mall (near the Macys on the end, not the Macys in the middle LoLz) and Tony's over in Fair Lakes next to where the grocery store is......

I second that motion, Jersey is a fleabitten anus of a state.
The garden state is a great place to live. Did you know NJ has the most horses per capita in the country? We also boast the best pizza and anyone that even mentions dominoes, little caesaers, pizza hut and totinos in this discussion needs to head up 95 and grab a slice from ANY NJ pizzeria and will realize heaven on earth.
