Heads up - RT 7 to RT 66 westbound: "Surveying"

as posted by the signs by a company called "ESP". White van, tintded windows and a camera/video camera, Which really looks like a sniffing spot, for cars that have high amounts of bad co2/emission.

heads up...you might get a pleasant piece of mail if your're running a little rich in your car.
