YOU have some fucking nerve posting this shit after you tried to rip me off. Fuck you! Your bullshit technician said I needed a whole new heat pump for like 7 grand and I almost believed him. I called a friend who is a maintenance man at a hospital, he came out and found a melted wire on the compressor terminal. That wire got replaced and the heat pump has worked great for over two years now. Fuck you , take your bullshit somewhere else. Your company is pure shit.
