As an attorney, Morrissey was cited for contempt of court ten times and was jailed or arrested five times. much later, more offenses, a 3 Judge panel dis-barred him.
On March 29, the panel considered charges stemming from Morrissey's representation of former Virginia governor Douglas Wilder and the United States National Slavery Museum in a tax matter.[24] Despite being subpoenaed, Wilder failed to appear, and so the disciplinary panel found insufficient evidence as to these charges. Wilder would later contest this decision, arguing that service of the subpoena had been improper.

#1 Independants never ever win in Virginia politics (often they are plants). 34% is a huge independant vote for VA politics though - only happened a few times, only against democrats running against no republican
#2 1.84% of people wrote in the name of his ex-secretary !
40% of polititicans, all as culpable as Morissey, did not run against a true competitor. about 35% ran against independents who got extremely little % of vote (as usual).
70% of those were Democrat
a Henrico County brat - i'm sure eesh knows him well !

If this were Trump or Stein they'd have put him in a prison and there'd be a mysterious death.
