He has a constitutional 5th amendment right to remain silent. Anything he does or says may be used against him in a Court Of Law.
His employer, FCPS or the FCPS board, also has a constitutional right to remain silent. Anything they say or do can cause them to be sued to do things they don't want to do and to Pay out $$$$$$$$$$$.
Remaining silent is the Way to go.
