Mark Levin: Democrats don't have a legal right to impeach by vote and if they did ...
and if they did (house is slightly democrat majority), then the Senate would have a right to veto them (which is republian majority), so the whole idea is quite impossible

I further add: impeachment minimum is FELONY, for a felony you have to have an injured party (ie, not the democrats doing political attacks, a LEGALLY injured party)
FELONY AND TRIALS ARE THE REALM OF THE SUPREME COURT (and the Courts it is in charge of, which is all courts minus Faith and Credit extended to States AS AN EXTENSION NOT AS A RULING RIGHT though)
CONGRESS RUNNING KANGAROO TRIALS WOULD BE LIKE THE SUPREME COURT WRITING SCOTT'S LAWS
YET CONGRESS IS ALREADY DOING IT
(you see, the Constitution specifically gives each branch of government Tasks and ability to VETO the other branches)
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under
this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which
shall be made, under their Authority; to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other
public Ministers and Consuls; to all Cases of admiralty and maritime
Jurisdiction; to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party; to
Controversies between two or more States; between a State and Citizens of
another State; between Citizens of different States; between Citizens of the
same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a
State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
(this can be said to include citizens in States)
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records,
and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general
Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be
proved, and the Effect thereof.
(but equally so among the states and with reguard to findings in other states)
