Things continue to swirl going down the bowl, lower hiring standards, applicants that can't pass multiple lie detector tests, rampant history of drug use. Meanwhile the experienced people hired back when there were standards are streaming out the door, lots of early retirements. What a sorry state of affairs. Sorry Eddie, body worn cams aren't going to fix it, they'll just be the shark that ate the budget.
