>There are plenty of ways that the so called gun show loophole could be closed and still allow gun owners to readily transfer legal weapons in private sales
So tell us Bill how that would work that's interesting smugly lol
The term gun "Show Loop Hole" is a liberal buzzword that was created to demand gun shows be closed anyway possible. It is a easy to remember HYPE and SCARE word that liberals are famous for creating such as "Saturday Night Special" "Sniper Rifle" or "Assault Weapon" all designed to create fear among voters who have no issues with guns don't know anything about guns and don't care to own a gun at the moment for Democrat votes.
HYPE and SCARE BUZZWORDS are used by all sides in American politics and I will state that clearly, they are not used by only one side
The Democrats paint "Gun Shows as a Loophole" to close gun shows and thus close all private sales which is not a loophole, with a background check and federal registry of all firearms by owners makes, calibers, types and serial numbers which I have said I would support in part as in my opening statements as the OP
Yes there are some private sales at gun shows and the show in Fairfax prohibits private sales in the parking lot of the show, requiring all those to do so in the building, where they have to pay the entry fee of course. The great majority of sales at these shows like the one in Fairfax are through the licensed dealers there with instant background checks by Virginia State Police on their own computers who are at the show
In Fairfax, there were no gun shows while Fairfax Had the 3 day waiting period.
