Abandoned home on Lee Highway

Hey all, looking to buy a house near the Fairfax/Clifton border near Stringfellow and Lee Highway. But you have to drive by a bunch of crap on Lee Hwy to get there like this abandoned house, a motel, a truck junkyard etc. anyone know the story on these? Any chance this home could be torn down?? Thinking about property value in future...

That parcel of land is 1M+
