This clown is talking out of his ass. You cannot continue to collect unemployment if you start working again, unless you're working only part-time and getting paid less than the UI benefit amount; there's a formula for that. Every month, the State runs a crosscheck of the database of UI claimants against the database of those working - hope your name doesn't pop up on it. It's called "nonfraud overpayment" in the beginning, but if the amount rises to a certain level, it's "fraud" overpayment.
