Rabbit (Bunny) Kabobs
•Loin and hind quarters of 3 bunnies, boned and chunked.
•2/3 C. Worcestershire sauce
•8 oz bottle Italian dressing
•8 oz jar mint jelly
•12 cherry tomatoes
•12 mushrooms
•1 bell pepper cut into 12 pieces
Marinate meat for 3 hrs in Italian dressing.
Alternate vegetables on skewers.
Remove meat from marinade & place on skewers.
Combine dressing marinade with Worcestershire & jelly in a sauce pan.
Heat until it simmers; simmer it for 5 mins.
Use this as a basting sauce.
Grill kabobs over slow coals for 20 mins, basting often.
Reheat remaining sauce & serve with kabobs.
Of course you can use any other household pets you prefer.
Add some wood chips to the coals for more flavor.
