Helicopter in W. Springfield

Anyone know why a helicopter is circling around WS right now?

Heard some chatter related to seeing someone out there and the response was "the father was in that area looking so that's probably him".

From that, my guess was a child took a stroll and parents are looking.

Then again, they just waved off the copter, so I would wager probably not something as important as a missing child now.
