Was the 18 year old that was arrested for rape an illegal alien?

As is normally the case, the WaPo did not report whether he was in the US legally, but other "sources" said that he is illegal. Can they deport him immediately or do we have to wait until he is convicted. It would be cheaper to send him back immediately or we could convict him and put him in the Red Onion prison facility so he could get a taste of his own medicine.

Yes, he was illegal.

Most of these people have to serve prison sentences here, then get deported.

If he doesn't get some fucking liberal judge, he should get 30-40 years.

This is why Trump has to allow ICE to physically grab and deport this trash. Nicely, or in B.Hussein.O's case "firmly", telling them to leave sometimes doesn't actually result in their leaving! Who woulda thunkk it?
