I definitely see Pimmit Hills going that way, all build ups, there won't be a singel original house there eventually. I saw this happen to a neighborhood on Staten Island that was almost identical to the Yeonas/Levittowm look of PH. Literally everything is built up and out.
Pimmit Hills is a great location and it's stupid to have 2BR/1BA SFH's there on such large lots.
