That's exactly what they're going to do. Final decision by 6:15 a.m., per

It's still going to be in the mid-30's at that time, so how effectively the roads are treated overnight will probably dictate whether or not they decide to switch from condition 3A (schools & offices open two hours late) to 5 (schools closed, offices open late).
