Nardos King, former principal of MVHS, hired Flip Flippen, but what did Flippen accomplish?

Given the state of MVHS and Nardos King's reputation for incompetence, it is unlikely anything she did was a good idea. Hiring Flippen was a waste of money for MVHS, and it seems by all accounts that he's a waste of money just about everywhere.

"Personable Texan" indeed. "Con artist from College Station" is probably more accurate.

Flip Flippen dresses as Woody from Toy Story. That's just wrong, kind of like Pee Wee Herman or something.
