The SR22/FR44 you need is actually more of a 'system' than a tangible item. There is an AAMVA uniform financial responsibility form issued along with the policy, but the SR22 itself is a process. The state is basically making you this deal.. If you take out, and maintain a liability auto policy and allow us to monitor it, we will release your license. It will remain valid as long as the SR22 endorsed policy remains active until we say you are finished.

the Court was insuring me because

1) i paid insurance in a different period i could not drive - which their records do not show because they do not listen

2) they intently caused the situation and i have proof, plus they skipped court and denied any mediation pertaining to getting any resolution. this makes them %100 liable (it is on their insurance, not mine)

3) i'm legally allowed to use the roads to go to court or DMV to resolve the situation or during emergency. i never did otherwise, for 6 years

I was never told in any courtroom my license was suspended.

I was never in court for a matter where suspension is a legal outcome, nor warned suspension could be a judgement. Nor did I do anything which merits suspension.

The suspension was automatic by computer and I was never told of it.

My license was up for 5 year renewal and a NON-DRIVING judgement was made against me (disorder in the court) (this was during a period they had been legally tampering and i was ticketed by the people i was suing during court business). However due to further fx co and DMV tampering - I was prevented from renewing - though i had tried multiply.

I was told by fx co courts the VA DMV computers automatically put the suspension on, that it was automatic until i paid a court cost. Any judgement any case anyone, they said. Furthermore I was told I could not renew my license until I paid a non-driving related court fee which: the county skipped court on, had not yet been to court on.

But that was a lie, after the cost was paid: the suspension was not lifted.

I was intently not paying the non-driving-related court fee because fx co va had been case tampering and had skipped court on me. Defense on many court days was denied (which is illegal for courts to do). Which they new I failed a case against them for that and many other illegal actions they took against me in particular: %100 well they knew it.

PLUS - they owed me, not me them. And they created the problem to start with.

Summary: there was no problem during any period, but if their was: they had caused it and THEIR insurance would pay. plus as i said i had insurance during a period not refunded which i could not use due to fx county's illegal actions.

i said to one fx co court employee: i was accusing them of exthortion that i didn't owe the $800 in non-driving court fees to get my license back

they laughed and said "where did you get $800 from? it's only $500?"

it's been OVER $1,700 so far - and STILL i do not have one year of driving privelages

Form SR22 is outdated as insurance and is quite expensive. As for me, it's better to use a new insurance format - mileage-based insurance. The mobile application from www.aktuaris.com is an ideal format, a symbiosis of insurance and technology. The insuretech buzzword finally made sense.
