It's already been said, they "know" he was involved but it must have been a clean job. They won't charge him without the evidence, and there isn't it.

He didn't kill her himself but they think this is a murder for hire. What took so long to check for evidence is puzzling. 2 bikes? Were the killer or killers on bikes? Maybe. Why so long to want to look at 2 bikes? I say you give this gentleman a polygraph and go from there.

SAD, I don't stay glued to the local news but, am surprised this didn't become a dominant story, I'm assuming.

Very strange how they are keeping this case on the down low. Today was jury selection and preliminary instructions. Should be hearing about it on the news tomorrow. He has a very good Lawyer who is doing his doing his best to drag this out and keep Mr Black on his payroll.

This case is solely based on forensic evidence which took forever to charge Mr Black. His Lawyer will argue that the evidence was planted and tampered with and that Mt Black has an alibi on the day of the murder. I think he did it! We will find out what the jury thinks because at the end of the day the jury decides.

Arlington County Police & Sheriff's Department have the block around the house where the murder occurred sealed off right now. An officer just told me the members of the jury are examining the house, scene of the crime, ect. So the process is proceeding.

Prosecutors presented a strong and compelling argument today and the defense team followed after lunch. The jury will have a verdict soon enough. This is a very sad story and I pray for all who've suffered through it, especially those poor children.

employed "protection" orders and took other cruel and

come is simply not sufficient. They should face
long-term incarceration for their use of adversarial

David will appeal this wrong verdict! He did not do this. They waited 6 months to arrest him because they wanted someone arrested. He will appeal next month.

This case is in the appeal process. Mr Black is trying to get a new trial due to new evidence which could get him a new trial. Once all the appeals are done and he is found guilty again he will go to one of Virginia's state prison's. Probably Sussex 1 or Wallins Ridge. I don't think Mr Black is in a hurry to go to another facility. Prison is much worse than a county jail.

Typically the hardcore blacks like younger white inmates. David is still in his forties so he will be hit on and tested from some horny big black men. They all know what each other's crimes are. He killed a sleeping lady in the middle of the night. Bitch move. He will have trouble at Wallins Ridge or Sussex 1. Trust me. Very nasty environment.

David Black is now at Buckingham correctional center. It is a level 4 prison. Still a very violent and hard prison. Not as bad as Wallins Ridge or Sussex.
