Four Seasons Golf Braddock Road/Shirley Gate

Come on, this place screams "front." Several million dollars of acreage, an all but unused high dollar building filled with high-end golf inventory that never sells, etc. Either the owners are making so damn much money selling driving range tokens that they don't need creativity and a passion to improve the business or something's up.
