Helicopters around Potomac and Beltway

One looks to be inside the beltway maybe as far north as the Potomac - now my wife says its coming south to McLean. The other is a bit further west, maybe out to the beltway.

Anybody know what's up?

There was a shooting in Paris, France that included the untimely deaths of 12 innocent victims. The helicopters are using night vision to look for the suspects that are still at large.
