That's why I grill almost all my fish outside or bake it in the oven.

Oven roast some brussels sprouts to go with that pan seared cod - yum. Now that is a delicious stink.

Yup here it is 4 hours later and the entire downstairs still smells like Cod. It tasted good but I dont know if it was worth this odor?

Put out a bowl of vinegar. It might mask or absorb the funk.

I have a camp stove that I keep in working order for just such occasions, even though I have a pretty powerful exhaust hood. Some stanks you just want no part of.
