Yo I just got a speeding ticket, 41 in a 25. I'm a minor (17). My Court date is in July. What do I do so that I can go to traffic school and learn from my mistake and get rid of the points or whatnot? Not exactly sure how this works.

Because you are a minor, you will have to go to traffic school, or your license will get suspended. Also - minors can't do traffic school to remove points, you must be 19 or over for that.
If you haven't already, you should get a "notification of suspension" certified letter in the mail from the DMV soon. It will basically say your license is suspended on such and such a date, unless you complete this class.
You also need to watch your ass until you're 18 - 1 more moving violation, and your license gets suspended for 30 days (I think it's 30, not positive), 2 more moving violations, your license gets revoked for 1 year (again, not positive on the exact amount of time, check dmvnow.com for specifics.)
Of course, if you fight the ticket, and win, you're in the clear - no traffic school, no points, no $$$ outta your wallet (except court fees). And, you can't lose any more if you fight it and lose . . .

It's just people trolling... I think Cary should create a traffic ticket forum so the static can be extracted from the rest of the areas.

If I were you, I would bring some KY Jelly to court with you so at least you can offer some lube to the Judge before he violates you. No guarantees that he will use it though. He might enjoy the pain he can inflict on you. Cranberry juice would be my suggestion if that is the case. Good luckass!
