Helicopters over Woodburn

Why was a helicopter circling and hovering over Woodburn Village for over a half hour early this AM? Maybe the Inova helipad was full???

I heard the Inova helipad was pretty busy, perhaps full.

A local contractor has been hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. FCPD got a tip that the bodies were dumped at this location.
