HB 1392 School security officers; carrying a firearm in performance of duties.

* this is like having german SS or solviet "political commissar" - oppressive - it should only be allowed in schools having black and hispanic gang members

SJ 331 Constitutional amendment; property tax, exemption for flooding remediation, abatement, etc. "when resiliency efforts have been undertaken "

* this potentially means that politically connected families can get tax exemptions for painting their basement walls

SB 1583 Teacher licensure; career and technical education, certain local waivers.

* this means sanctuary cities can hire illegals (giving them green cards) and niggas who aren't done with schooling themselves while refusing to hire whites on the ground they "aren't qualified"

SB 1493 Northern Va. Community College, et al.; computer science training, etc., for public school teachers.

* free 'computer training' (if not equipment) for teachers. everyone else has to pay. i'm sure in the 1990's if not now that (some) government workers were getting free college courses, while those "never hired but applying" are told to pay.

SB 1483 Cooperative Marketing Fund; programs eligible for matching grant funds.

* summary indicates that VA can "match grant funds rather than match private funds". the duplicity and abuse of this should be OBVIOUS.

-------------------------------

tons of government democrat programs - just check the phone book - they are numerous and ridiculous and if you actually call one you'll very likely get a phone chase - while the political family who runs it is driving BMW and living in mc'mansion

also important is that many laws make exceptions for government to be awful (some listed above - only a taste test of). a good example is: VA removed ability of private sector workers to "place a lien on property for work completed but unpaid" while at the same time (same bill), enabling government to place liens for anything at anytime

MOST IMPORTANT is that the Courts have a PROVEN RECORD of favoring government side of nearly every case. There is little or no pro-bono law done in VA (recovery for citizens against government or businesses that are not democrat politic centric). The Courts are almost wholely used for government "putting down the little people".

The laws are mostly ignored in VA Courts in our area. Ignored but "loop holes" are being created to allow obvious corruption. (note: this is just a facade of law, because creating and or using loop holes is itself illegal)

SB 1463 Virginia Tobacco Region Revolving Fund; revises definition of project.

* allows REVOLVING DEBT of the VA Tobacco Fund (financed by VA's privately owned tobacco farms and equipment)

(note: i said years ago McAuliffe from NJ was here, en large, to put VA in debt to NJ/NY: both which have huge stakes in suing the VA tobacco fund continually)

SB 1438 Virginia Tax Amnesty Program; established.

* a TEMPORARY PROGRAM THAT LASTED ONLY 2 MONTHS last tax season that exonerated both tax AND prison time for "anyone": the rules/choice of which were not specified in the law but "left to the tax commissioner to decide"

take a flying guess who got exonerated (i'm betting rich democrat families were in the picks. picked winners "law")

SB 1412 Adoption; leave benefit.

* gives money / bunuses and leave (leave and come back) to GOVERNMENT WORKER women who worked (just 1 or 2 yr) for government and got pregnant. i don't thing many private industry jobs do that. (note: this used to be a fringe benefit of working at LOW PAY, HOWEVER - we all know gov. workers are paid 3x-15x more - so such fringe benefits are an outrage)

SB 1371 Virginia Research Investment Committee; expands role of Committee.

* this bill allows "the government" to award money for research

* this bill "expands authority" to "provide advice" to those awarded

The bill also clarifies that the exemption from mandatory disclosure of records under the Freedom of Information Act by applicants for grants and loans from the Committee applies to certain financial records, trade secrets, and research-related information.

this means democrats can create "picked winners" and completely deny the public the right to know when picked winners are picked, for what reason, or have access to "public goods" (in USA the Federal / Constitutional is CERTAINLY that goods created by the government such as MAPS are accessible to USA CITIZENS (not fucking foreigners unless some exchange program is in place - maga))

SB 1366 Transportation network company partner; vehicle registration repeal.

* allows hand picked companies to operate vehicles THAT DO NOT PASS VA SAFETY INSPECTION - infact have not been inspected in VA, on VA roads

* Alabama only requires a safety inspection prior to sale or transfer of ownership. Inspections must be done at the Motor Vehicle Title and Tag office before registration.

* Alaska: Emissions inspections stopped being required as of March 2012.

* A biennial vehicle emissions inspection is only required for the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas.

* THAT LIST goes on and on.

(note the original VA inspection law states it ONLY applies to highway use - ie not back roads. note also emissions (we all know prohibit diesel smoke) fail motorists who would cause complete failure of engine due to lack of simple care - in some cases just an air filter. it does so by checking "engine health" by gas analysis.)

repeat: SB 1366 Transportation network company partner; vehicle registration repeal.

* "partner" (in commercial language) usually means ANYONE WHO PAYED A FEE, all such are automatically members

it puts Virginians in great danger - vehicles that (untrained / uncaring) illegals maintain that NEVER are inspected for safety that operate full time in VA on all our roads

it will cause deaths - deaths profitable to government insiders

this article "plans to expand" slowly in review until RN (ralph north-china-ham) has anything to speak about signed and delivered

------------------------------------

the worst i saw (as for direct corruption) was noted in another uncle sam article:

a law passed that allows certain politicians in VA with control over (water/maintenance) contracts (big commercial contracts) TO HIRE DIRECT FAMILY to "do the work government will pay for".

That's called nepatism, and it's illegal. It's illegal to use government as a way to expand a "family businesses".

Nepatism is somewhat traditional for police and fire jobs (though kinda illegal when pay is as high as it is). However: it's never legal. Just overlooked and only conditionally. for "big money" it certainly isn't overlooked. when job market sucks and many are waiting in line: also certainly not "overlooked"

no new news

the VA democrat legislature has continually (esp. during 2017 2018) chipped away at:

* giving government authority to do ANYTHING whatsoever in Court and with finances

* ripping off taxpayers

* imprisoning republicans who might be up and coming, and letting picked winners out of court without charges

* protecting government workers from prosecution
