The map is totally inaccurate, mostly because whoever drew it has never been outside Northern Virginia and is scared shitless of black people.

The TTAB ruled because there was a lawsuit pending. There wasn't a lawsuit pending for Red Man, or racist-ass Chief Wahoo - yet. The USPTO does not just randomly invalidate trademarks. This was an administrative court proceeding that's been going on now, in several iterations, for 22 years now. Anyone who thinks this has something to do with "Obama" or "executive orders" is a moron.

So getting in the car, driving to a restaurant, waiting for a table, sitting down, ordering drinks, ordering appetizers, getting appetizers, ordering entrees, eating entrees, thinking about dessert, waiting for the check, paying, and driving home is somehow faster and easier than just cooking a meal? It takes more time and is more expensive to go to a restaurant. Eating out is not a necessity;

Nullification is unconstitutional. That is not an opinion; it is a fact. See Cooper v. Aaron, 358 U.S. 1 (1958). The problem with your reasoning starts with your ludicrous misreading of the Tenth Amendment. Let me help: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." In plain

When the framework of the discussion is - as conservatives have made it over the past several elections cycles - that our government needs to "trim the fat," it makes sense to get the most indignant about the "fattest" pieces of the budget. The anger over SNAP - based on anecdotal and apocryphal evidence about observations of strangers - is ridiculous in that analytic framework. This is less li

They are closing because their food is terrible and overpriced (yes, I know, it's not that expensive, but you can get food of much better quality for the same or less elsewhere). Their radio ad shtick doesn't play anymore because no one under 35 listens to terrestrial radio on a regular basis, and it's dated, anyway. They have nothing to offer.

I don't understand why this makes you so angry. The average American family pays $42 a year to support social safety net programs. That's less than $4 a month. They pay $6,000 a year for corporate welfare (subsidies to businesses). That's $500 a month. You're focused on the wrong issue if you think your taxes are too high.

I love how these idiots think it's shocking that America's capital city would be wealthy and prosperous. Would they prefer it if our nation's capital was a one-horse shantytown? The implication that tax dollars are what is paying for all the excess pictured in the intro is also hilarious. That K Street stuff - the Ferraris, the wine lockers - is private industry. It's the law firms and consul
