I thought the presentation that the police gave for our neighborhood watch was good. They are on the rise and even if you cut the head off that creature its not going to go away. Send those folks away to their country and let the Salvadoreans deal with them rather than waste our tax dollars for 3 square meals and cable tv in prison. Doesn't Northern Virginia something like 100 gangs. I live in the Springfield area and we have problems with them trying to initiate new members. I guess thats everywhere though. Our neighborhood watch has gotten the memo on these jokers and others like them from the police. Communication and Coordination is good.
