No, ALL firearms are illegal in DC. Even owning ammunition is illegal. So if you're a hunter, you can't keep your rifles or ammo in your house. My roommate is a DC cop and a hunter. He couldn't live in the city b/c he has about a dozen rifles and even as a cop he wasn't (legally) allowed to possess them.
