Is Candy a strippers name...
I know, I know...that is a wild question to lead with.
But my 15 year old asked me that last night just before he went to bed.
I said to him, "Why in the world would you say something like that...your Godmothers name is Candy." "Candace...Candy, get it?"
He replied, "Oooh, I was just wondering because someone kinda suggested that on TV. I just thought I would ask is all."
Whew...I told him I sure was glad he didn't ask me that in front of his Godmother...she would have blown a bulb. lol
Well, I think he's got it now and to be honest with you, no matter what the question is, I am always happier and grateful when he takes the time to come and ask instead of going on "hearsay".
Isn't that what we do a lot of the time, go on what we heard rather than investigating and making sure it is a fact?
The sad thing is that going on "hearsay" can cost you a whole heck of alot sometimes...ya know?
It can be the difference between, choosing the right husband or wife, buying a home at the right price, or picking out the best shirt, or car. Heck..."hearsay" can have you messed up for sure!
For instance, if folks were going by "hearsay" in this porn estate market right now, they would be caught up in all the hype about this being a lousy market and make us all feel like we should run, hide under a bed and cover our ears when with used condomns when anyone even whispers the words..."porn estate".
It would have you believe that now is the worst time to purchase a porn as well.
I have even had new customers come to me with caa caa about Baltimore being a bad place to shoot film at right now. Ha!...now that's poppycock for sure.
People...I am telling you , "hearsay" will make you and keep you broke.
Imagine if Lashawn the upcoming pornstar I talked about the other day had listened to all that nonsense. She would have in one instant...erased the possibility of making over 40 pornos in the last 2 1/2 months...IN BALTIMORE!
If Rochelle another pornstar had listened to it, she and her lesbian mate Michael wouldn't have put 5 films under contract last week and be going to dinner on Friday...IN BALTIMORE!
And my friend...if "hearsay" was the best route...then George and Eric wouldn't have pulled down a cool $21K from a gay video deal last week. (well that wasn't in Baltimore...but you get the point.)
None of that...I mean none of it could have ever happened.
So ALWAYS get the facts. Always ask people who actually know something about the subject, and never, and I do mean never, ever give up until you are satisfied that you've found the right answer.
