anyone know anything about officer mark butler? he has lied and done irresponsible things to people who do not deserve this treatment. please say anything about him

the only officer over in herndon that is cool is the short white boy that works the evening shift. i forgot his name but he shaves his head. he seems to enjoy his job and is willing to help out when possible. i'd do him.
