What happened to Ruby Tuesday? When did it close? Why?

They did close it - the reason probably had something to do with the fact that I was oftentimes one of 2 - 3 customers there.......every day there were more servers than people coming to Eat and this is because all they had was old-school Centrevillle people who have been eating there for decades (myself). Let's remember that there used to be far fewer restaurants around Centreville - none of that stuff across 29 even existed before, nor most of the other things around besides Sino's and Sweetwater really.

Most of them closed in the area, only one still open is in Chantilly. They were not doing that well, same crappy food over and over. No variety.

That category of restaurant (Ruby's, chilis, applebee's, fridays, etc.) are really struggling right now because they relied on a formally existent middle class.
