Good NY style pizza in or around centreville??

OK im new to this area, moved here from up north for a federal job. Have never seen so much highway-road work in any one place in all my 36 years!!! Everyone around here is sucking up those DC do-nothing dollars and I want my share of them plus a federal pension to boot. (only in america)
So where do I find some good New York style pizza around here? Someone told me there was some in Manassas but I drove down rt 28 and that town SCARES me just a bit, dont think im ready for that kind of culture shock just yet.

I'm from NY too and there's not a lot of good pizza options here. The exception is probably Ciro's in Centreville and Tony's at Fair Lakes. Closest to NY I've come to around here. For bagels, Manhattan Bagel is probably closest. I've had no luck finding good sub sandwiches though.For those you'll have to head back to NY.

You will not be disappointed in either Tony's or Ciro's (Tony's brothers). The only 2 places former NY'ers will get pizza.

scottos rigatoni grill has pretty decent ny pizza, it on westfields blvd, next to moes and eggspectations

Bella's pizza across the street from the AMF bowling alley and CVS has some dank italian food too. Everything on the menu is great and they deliver... beer. =]

Luciano's Oakton/Herndon/Fair Oaks Mall -- very authentic pie, sauce, subs

Tony's NY Sudley Manor (I66 to 234Bus to Sudley Manor opposite Costco) or on Mathis at 234bus (down RT28)

Both are NYC Italian owned/operated and get trucks in from the City every week

Ciros? NO! Spanish guys who try to cook Italian but fail, often.

Or, you can always try Carrabbas -- not a bad pie for a National chain.

I tend to be a pizza snob and this is what I found.

Ciro's isn't bad if you don't want to leave Centreville, Tony's in Fair Lakes is good but my favorite is Bon Apitito (Sic) in Chantilly, it's in the Lowes plaza right next to Babies R Us.

Buon Appetito in Chantilly is awesome. It is owned and run by the Merone brothers, so real Italian guys. It has the best crust in the area and you can get it by the slice. I stopped in on last Saturday and a couple slices of the best sausage pizza in the area. The sliced sausage is great and when you get it by the slice it gets the extra crispy crust. Damn...now I have to go back tomorrow cause I have myself so hungry for it again.

the people that work at Ciro's are mostly sicilian, not mexican u fuckin dumbass, get a fuckin education you idiot, im embarassed for you. id say ciro's, tony's, or luciano's in fair oaks mall, all have dank pizza. NYC born, your obviously not from ny, i laugh that you would say carrabbas

For subs n such i would travel to 123 and go to Santinis by far best subs i have had in the area

The best pizza in Virginia is at Pizza Inn located at Christiansburg, VA. It's much better than that garbage in NYC.
