Police activity Machen Rd/Centrewood?

Anyone know what was going on yesterday (Sunday 4/19) at around 3PM? We were driving and saw about 10 FFX Co Police cars, some unmarked, and some more cars in the Lakeside Apartment entrance. Also saw a Police K9 near Lakeside and chopper focusing above that area.

I didn't hear anything on the news or on the FFX website...I wonder what happened.

I wanna say that about the same time last year, the same thing happened. There was a chopper flying over the neighborhoods/ shopping center and cops everywhere. I saw them question a black male right in front of the store I worked at.
