Stolen Vehicle (Centreville, VA)

So on Friday (2/6) I had my Ford Explorer stolen out of my parking space in Compton Village. My neighbors have been telling me that they have had loose change and nothing else stolen as well. Has anyone else been having this problem with this?

Last summer when I accidentally left it unlocked I came out to my vehicle smelling like weed because they smoked in it and left it. Then this past Friday I saw them drive off with it and the police have still not found it. Was just wondering if anyone else has had troubles lately.

You have any clue what your suspects look like.

The same thing happened to me regarding coming to my car and having it smell like weed. I felt freaked out knowing someone was in my car without my consent. Nothing was stolen, though they did leave the guts of the blunt in a cup I had in my cup holder... Any updates on whether they found these suspects or not?

There is this prank going around where one or several people will smoke weed in another person's car without them knowing it. They sometimes leave the unfinished weed in the ash tray or whatever compartment they see. What they are hoping for is that the unsuspecting driver gets pulled over and the police smell the weed and perform a search. Thus, getting the driver in trouble.

A car stolen in Compton village?

Wow. I live in Compton Village I thought our neighborhood was pretty safe. I've seen an older red Honda Accord lurking around before seeming suspicious. But nothing's ever happened on my street. I'll keep my eyes out for anybody suspicious.

I live in LRR too, on 8/17 I heard a car door closing right before 5AM Looked outside the window to see 3 guys flashing their cell phone light in my neighbors car. Grabbed my pistol and went outside and they ran off. I followed for a bit until they went in the woods.

So the other day in Compton village another car was broke into where this time they smashed the driver side window and stole all his presents at 4 am. Someone said they saw a green Homda civic. Also what was weird was that my fiancé saw a red Honda Accord pull up to a neighbors house in the middle of the day and one of the guys got out and walked into the back woods, to which he walked out 10 min later. Has anyone else noticed anything suspicious lately in Compton village?

Re: the person walking into the back woods; someone is dealing & has people park further away & walk behind the homes to, obviously, prevent anyone from id'ing the exact place. Think back gate.
