house shaking booms?

Near cul de sac of Creek Run Dr. Low booms are shaking my house at irregular, but short intervals. Anybody know the cause?

Actually, if you're in Centreville, than chances are good that the sound you heard was an explosion from the Luck Stone Quarry off route 29. Their mining operations require large charges to be exploded from time to time and can cause minor shaking for several miles, usually not enough to fully notice.
