Windows broken on little rocky run

What's the deal with windows being shattered on little rocky run? My windows were broken this evening and apparently the cops have been getting several of these reports. This appears to be done out of excitement and not for theft. the two cars in front of me were broken as well and none of us had items stolen.

Has anyone else had an issue with this or know anything? This is not a positive sign for our great community. We need to take care of our neighbors.
