alto plaza, last floor on top, worth it?

anyone party or chill on the 3rd floor of this place?

its supposed to be a bar and cigar lounge, classy too from what i hear

is it mainly just wealthy centreville residents in their 30's and 40's?

worth it when its nice out, otherwise the cigar smoke (and i'm a smoker) chokes you

The top floor cigar bar is very cool, but a little pricey. The food is good, ambiance is nice, not something you would expect in Cville. The place is a little small but can be very entertaining. There was a very interesting, fairly young crowd last time we went.
