Basement wall leaked for years. Brick stairs in front dangerous in icy weather.

Sold as-is.

Thanks for the tip. Of course, I was not going to buy this house, but it is important that people share such useful information. I recently sold my old house and I am thinking of buying a new one. I am worry and I think to check every house that I want to buy. This company helped me to sell my old house. thepropertybuyingcompany.co.uk They did everything so quickly, and offered me the best price on the market. I regret that they only buy property but don’t sell it.

Why didn’t anyone tell me about this some months ago?! I sold my house with a real estate agent and it was very stressful for me
