Clock Tower pool hall

I heard since Breakers closed up shop that someone was going to open the place under new management. Anyone got any details if any exist?

Where was that place? Clock tower in herndon with the Chuck e cheese?

yeah, it was right underneath the clock tower, with the underpass driveway below. couldn't have been cheap to rent that spot!
