What was the answer when you asked yourself that while committing the crimes? It looks like you are one busy lady, stealing from others who have jobs.

You can ask for a pardon but if thats your real charges you dont stand a chance. They might pardon you for something stupid when you were 18 but credit card fraud at the age of 50 is unforgivible

Last time I checked those were not misdemeanors.

Those are the charges at the time of the arrest. Charges could have been reduced in plea negotiations and such. But they DO tell us what she was arrested for.

I wouldn't hire her. Do you know how many jobs out there deal with handling credit cards and personal information? NFW I would hire her.

Well yeah, I wouldn't hire her either :) Fast food and hotel maintenance may work for her, though the bigger chains are probably going to have background check standards. Could you imagine her cleaning the hotel room while you are gone? The safe had better be locked up tight!!

I don't think any place that handles cash and credit card transactions would hire her, not even fast food. Trash collection, maybe? Then she could pick herself up!LOL

move to Canada and start fresh there. I don't think your backgroud, driving or credit check follow you when you move their as a permanent resident/citizen.

You can be a waiter without submitting for a background check.

I bet the IP this IP was logged under is anyone but the person named. What this appears to be is an attempt by someone to "out" someone else. That certainly is what the typical FU poster would feel he/she has the right to do.

Of course my comment about IPs being logged is an opinion. That's been my entire point...all anyone has is an opinion. But there is only one opinion that threatens the beliefs and opinions of other people...that is of course fake names are posted. If you feel that way fine...live your lifr in accordance with your concious and let me and others do the same. GET OUT OF MY BUSINESS. I wont force you to post a name...I wont force you to post your IP....but dont think you have the right to stop me. If you are right and her real name does exist and IPs begin showing...I'll deal with her. OK?

I could believe she actually posted with her real name. That has happened here a few times over the years... usually it's someone looking to have their name removed, and they're dumb enough to reveal their personal info. Shit, last year somebody sent me a PM with their personal info, asking ME to help remove their name from the arrest search.... then he started a thread about which revealed even more charges.

There are alot of foolish people out there, I can believe this poster is one of them.

I think this woman will have problems seeking employment. The original charges are bad enough- but what looks even worse is that she got into even more trouble 5 years later. This isn't a past transgression or big mistake, it's a pattern of fraud spanning the better part of a decade. That's gonna scare away alot of employers... I mean, who knows what's next when it comes to this lady?

except that its stated right there amongst the post info. IP logged. its a FACT not an opinion. And just because someone is stupid enough to use a real name doesnt meant that you are entitled to throw fuel on the fire. Oh you did this and this and this tsk tsk tsk, If your name was outed and people dug up dirt on YOU would YOU want that broadcasted all over? no you'd get all pissy about it. Why dont you take your own advice and let this person alone? Live her life etc etc?

The post is a mockery of another post in another thread and not meant to be taken seriously. Interesting that you would find the tone of the post pissy though, ask Vince(1) about his writing style and admonish him directly.

But in answer to your questions, she broadcasted her info and dilemma asking for advice and we gave it... I'm not sure what the problem is or why that "doesnt meant" we should respond to her request for help in this matter.

If she wants help, she should speak with her parole officer. They have programs for things like this.

My advice is not to come on a forum like this, use your real name and then mislead about the nature of your record. Besides, anyone looking for advice from a bunch of anonymous posters on a website is an idiot.
