Does anyone know if you need a license to have a stripper pole in a bar in Adams Morgan (DC)?

Just opened a bar in A.M...does anyone know if I need a license to have the pole? Also, does anyone know where to purchase a pole in the area? Someone that can install it as well? Thanks.
