I think that this person is using a multimonitor setup (or maybe a laptop with an external monitor) and just did a print screen screen capture, not realizing that it was going to capture all of her monitor screens. I don't have a multimonitor setup to verify it, though, and I'm too lazy right now to haul out my laptop and plug it into my monitor.

I am not Gibby but I did that and there is only the screen shot. How could anyone else see the other tabs or what the word doc said? It is a fake. The word doc was not posted.

ALSO WHEN YOU SCREENSHOT AND PASTE IT INTO PAINT FOR EXAMPLE...THE WHOLE IMAGE ISN'T IN VIEW. THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED TO HER. SHE DIDN'T REALIZE EVERYTHING ELSE WOULD BE VISIBLE. TRY IT AND I WIN BECAUSE I TYPED IN CAPS.
